In financing the creation of a new Digital Hub, the improvement of the Italia.it portal is envisaged, thereby supplementing it with more information, expanding the services available to visitors and tourist guides, creating thematic contents aimed at specific people, developing niche targets and improving the visibility through social media channels.  In addition, through to data monitoring systems, it will be possible to anonymously analyse the behaviour of online users to understand the areas of greatest or least interest and improve attractions in this regard. Lastly, the development of a kit for small tour operators, helping them to develop digital activities, is envisaged.
