What is the goal of the investment?

The goal for the investment is to create new public accommodation, reducing housing difficulties, and re-qualifying degraded areas as well as focusing on sustainability and green innovation. New management will be put in place for popular housing, taking advantage of inclusive models and useful tools to ensure social well-being and urban decorum.

There are two main intervention lines:  • improving and increasing social housing , promoting accessibility, safety and improving environmental quality,  also using innovative tools and templates  • carrying out interventions on public residential construction throughout national territory.  The selection of proposals to be funded, in line with the NRRP's ecological transition guideline, shall be evaluated based on the environmental, social, cultural, urban-territorial, economic-financial and technological impact of the projects
