Additionally, the Ministry of Health's technological infrastructure for data analysis will be implemented to ensure ELS, thereby enhancing the New Healthcare Information System (NSIS), i.e.. the Ministry of Health's infrastructure and analytical tools to monitor the ELS programming of healthcare assistance services based on the population's needs.   The collection and production of NSIS data at the local level will be enhanced, along with the development of advanced analytical tools to study phenomena and improve capacity for scheduling health services and detecting emerging illnesses. Lastly, a national platform for telemedicine services will be created.
