To improve knowledge of hydrogen-related technology for the production, storage and distribution phases in order to increase competitiveness and gradually reduce costs. By developing an actual network for working on hydrogen, it will be possible to test various technologies and strategies and to provide research and development services to companies that need to validate their products on a large scale.

Improving technologies tied to hydrogen in all phases (production, stocking and distribution) is fundamental; the experiment and creation of prototypes for the industrialisation phases serves, in fact, to progressively remove costs and increase competitiveness. The expected phases are: 
• production of green and clean hydrogen; 
• development of technologies for stocking and transport and for transformation in other derivatives and green combustibles; 
• development of fuel cells and their application towards mobility; 
• improve the resilience and reliability of hydrogen based infrastructures.
